How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Where US warehouses are available, delivery is 3–7 business days. Your estimated window shows at checkout.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
30-day return window from your delivery date. Items must be in original condition. Contact us to start a return — we send a prepaid label.

My item arrived damaged.
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or full refund with no return required.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds process within 5–10 business days of return confirmation.

Products & Compatibility

Do your products work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. All Ferron products are compatible with both iPhone and Android. MagSafe-specific features are clearly noted on each product page.

Is there a warranty?
All products carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 24 hours of purchase, yes. After that the order has entered fulfilment — but our 30-day return policy covers you.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. 256-bit SSL encryption via Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.
